One Hour a Week on Making AI Actually Pay Off

Every Friday at noon Central, I take one specific way to use AI in a midsize business and walk through it end to end — what it costs, what it breaks, and whether it's worth doing. No vendor pitch. No jargon. Bring your questions.

The 90-Day AI Plan

Where to start when everyone is telling you to “do something with AI.” Most companies pick a tool and work backward to a problem; we'll do it the other way — a repeatable way to find the two or three places in your business where AI would actually move a number this quarter, and a 90-day sequence for proving it before you commit real budget.

For CEOs and owners who know AI matters but haven't picked a first move.

The Series

Twelve Fridays, Twelve Specific Problems

Sessions 2 through 12 open for registration two weeks ahead. Register for the series and you'll be on all of them automatically.

Reading an AI Business Case Without Being Technical

Vendors and internal teams will bring you AI proposals with impressive numbers attached. The four questions that separate a real business case from an expensive one — and the costs that never make it onto the first slide.

Leadership

Who Owns AI in Your Company?

You probably don't need a Chief AI Officer. Which roles actually matter at midsize scale, how to interview for AI capability when you can't personally evaluate it, and how to decide between hiring, retraining and contracting.

Cutting Support Costs Without Cutting Service

AI support agents are the most common first project and the most commonly botched one. Which ticket types genuinely deflect, what good containment looks like, the handoff design that keeps customers from rage-quitting, and honest cost-per-ticket math.

Finding the Money You're Already Losing

Every midsize company has margin leaking somewhere nobody is looking. How to point AI at the operational data you already have to surface underperforming sites, routes, SKUs or shifts — and, more importantly, how to act on what it finds.

Date confirmed two weeks ahead

Sessions 612 continue every Friday through Dec 18. No session Nov 27 — the day after Thanksgiving.

Your Host

Sachin Dole

Sachin advises CEOs and business owners of midsize companies on the business impact of AI — where it earns its keep, where it quietly burns budget, and how to tell the two apart before committing. He works hands-on across AWS, Azure and Google's AI platforms, which is why these sessions get specific instead of staying at the strategy layer.

These sessions are the short version of the conversations he has with clients. There is no upsell at the end.

“If a session doesn't give you something you could act on Monday, I've wasted your lunch hour.”

Questions People Ask Before Registering

Is it really free?
Yes. No credit card, no trial, no upgrade tier. If we end up working together it will be because a session was useful, not because you got funneled.
Do I need to be technical?
No. These are aimed at owners and executives. When something technical matters to a decision you're making, I'll explain it in plain terms and tell you what to ask your team.
Will you pitch me?
No pitch, no deck at the end. There's a link to book a call if you want one, and that's the extent of it.
What if I can't make Friday?
Register anyway. Everyone on the list gets the recording and the slides Monday morning, whether or not they attended.
How long is it, really?
Forty minutes of content and twenty minutes of questions. It ends at 1:00 CT even if the questions are good — your calendar is safe.
Can I bring my team?
Please do. Forward them the link, or send me their emails and I'll add them.
